How to remove blackheads from your face? 4 simple things you can do

Life in the city can be good fun but it does come with its fair share of not-so-pleasant side effects. Pollution, dust and micro-debris being some of them. These particles settle on our skin no matter how much we protect it, and combined with sweat, turn into grime.

Grime or dirt can percolate into the pores on your skin and produce problems like acne, pimples and blackheads.

Blackheads not only look bad but also impact your looks adversely by making it look rough and dull. And we can't step out looking less than perfect, can we?

So in this post we're going to list out four easy ways to remove blackheads from your face.

1. Wash your face twice daily

This is one of the most important things you can do to not only remove blackheads, but also prevent new ones from forming. Make sure you wash your face with a gentle face wash in the morning as well as before going to bed.

Do apply a light moisturizer to your face after washing it, as dry skin produces more oil which in turn can lead to formation of blackheads.

2. Get a facial

We know getting facials doesn't come across as very manly, but that's a dated point of view. And when we're dealing with hygiene based issues, anything is fair game.

A professional facial will give you excellent results through the use of blackhead removal tools. It is a good practice to get a facial done at least once every month to keep your skin looking smooth and to remove blackheads effectively.

3. Use an exfoliating scrub

Remove blackheads by using a product that can exfoliate your skin through mild abrasion. However make sure that you are not using excessive force or using the product for a prolonged period, as it can cause further damage to your skin.

You can pick up our Charcoal Face Scrub, which is perfect for gentle exfoliation. It removes excessive oil and dead skin effectively. Also, the potency of charcoal makes sure that you don't have to scrub hard to remove blackheads and the like.

4. Use a peel off mask

One of the BEST ways to remove blackheads is to use a peel off mask. It is a highly effective fix for times where you need salon like results quickly.

A peel off mask contains a polymer which sets upon application, trapping the blackheads, dead skin and excess oil. Once peeled off, it takes the trapped impurities along with it.

We highly recommend using our Charcoal Peel Off Mask that has received excellent reviews from customers. It contains Moringa and Gooseberry extract in addition to Charcoal. So while charcoal absorbs the impurities, the extracts nourish and hydrate your skin.

Peel-off, and Uncover Brilliance!
