We make all efforts that our products are world class & have impeccable quality. However, there could be occasions where products might get damaged in transport, and hence are not as per expected standards.
There also could be rare instances where your order gets mixed up and the package doesn’t contain what you ordered for.
In these cases do get back to us at the earliest. We will (post necessary checks) send you the right products as FAST as we can!
Important: The reports of damage/mix-up will have to be made within 3 days of order delivery, after which they will not be entertained.
