Our International Men’s Day Film is an ode to all men.
Who is a gentleman?
And how do you become one?
Is it a lifelong process or just a day's job?
Defining it can be difficult, and explaining how to be one is even more complicated. But one thing is clear; it is not about perfection. It is about the commitment you put in to invest in your character. Just strive to succeed and help people around you succeed as well.
Your actions can impact others, and you need to understand this. And there are a lot of people around you who silently nudge you to be better and better. We want to celebrate those makers who put in the effort and help you in your journey.
With our new International Men’s Day Film, we have tried to dive deep into this journey of becoming a gentleman. The film is titled “Gentleman Banne Mein Waqt Toh Lagta Hai.”
Right from childhood, your path to becoming a gentleman begins, and it takes time to become one; this is the simple message we wanted to portray. And that is what we did using day-to-day nuances, starting from the beginning.
Six impactful vignettes, six different stories, but one thing is common in all. In the process of becoming one, you are not alone. What you are and what you become is a culmination of your experiences, nudges from people around you, and your zeal to become the best version of yourself. A single incident might not turn you into one, but it definitely puts you on the right path. It is a lifelong journey in which you constantly learn and shape yourself to be better every day. And in this journey, you are not alone.
We have tried to keep everything relatable. The incidents shown are something that you must have experienced once in your life. The moments which mould you into a gentleman are not necessarily huge events. They are often small but impactful instants.
Our film also features Bhuvan Bam, who shows his gentlemanly gesture by supporting GorgeousPotaahto, whose content might not measure masculinity according to traditional norms. But Bhuvan beautifully nudges him and comes in his support, showing the world how a true gentleman is supposed to be.
