Honey, besides tasting good, has also properties of moisturizing. Your hair feels dry? Just mix 1/4 th cup of honey with warm water and apply a thin layer. Let it sit for 10-20 minutes and wash it out!
3. Curd and black pepper
Curd and black pepper is good for fighting dandruff. Just mix a bowl of curd and add 2 teaspoons of black pepper and apply it to your hair. Let it stand for 20 minutes and wash it with your regular shampoo. Lactic acid in curd and anti-fungal properties in black pepper fight dandruff like nothing else!
4. Lemon Rinse
Lemon rinse after shampooing helps in removal of dead skin from your scalp. The process is not tedious as you just have to squeeze a lemon in a bowl and pour it on your head, massage gently and rinse with cold water.
Your hair gets tangled up and breaks when you comb? Prepare a mixture of water and vinegar in equal parts and apply it on your hair and comb it over. This would make your hair smooth and soft. Vinegar is also helpful in maintaining hair’s pH levels.
