1. Driving with windows open
Driving with your car windows open can be fatal in the long run. Today, the air is so polluted that it can easily bring your life down some years!
2. Not exercising everyday
Exercising every day is a must. If at least you’re stretching every day, it’s fine. Remember this, wake up early and stretch your body a little!
3. Avoiding breakfast
Even if you’re getting late for office, grab something to eat on the way. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Skipping it can give you diabetes and you certainly don’t want that.
Sitting in a same position for hours can have bad effects. Take a break every 30 minutes and take a stroll. Don’t slouch! Keep a straight body posture.
5. Silently worrying
This one can cause a lot of problems, i.e., Headache, stomach ache, distress, etc. If there’s something in your head that you’re worried about, try to solve it out. If you can’t, just let it go. Ask yourself that if you worry about it, would it solve the problem? You know the rest!
